The night includes multiple whisky tasting flights, whisky based cocktails with the choice of neat or on the rocks for those who are apposed to a cocktail (we know you're out there). Across five whisky bars you will experience South Australia's freshest produce in the form of tasty tapas served throughout the evening. 

Your discovery of 10 different whiskys begins with a barrel aged rye and bourbon American Whiskey aged in-house and accompanied by classic American style tapas. At the second venue we enjoy an abundance of food, paired with a classic cocktail in the form of whisky sours. Then, we delve into the ways barrel ageing effects whisky, tasting one of Australia's leading whiskys before and after its barrel ageing process. 

Next we experience a special flight, one to impress whisky enthusiasts. We take you to a bar that showcases the biggest whisky range in South Australia, this flight does not disappoint. We move onto our second whisky flight, showcasing the highlands and lowlands of Scotland paired with charcuterie boards.

As much as we live and breathe whisky in all its glory, this evening is not a masterclass and you will not be endlessly lectured about whisky, however, an appreciation of whisky is a must for this experience. The night showcases everything South Australia, including gin tasting flights, gin based cocktails and the choice of garnish and splashes of tonic or soda. Across six gin bars you will experience South Australia's freshest produce in the form of tapas which is served throughout the evening- more than enough to ensure everyone's full belly. 

Your discovery of 10 different South Australian gins begins with a Gin tasting flight, allowing guests to experiment with flavours. This hands on experience is paired with house-made dips, assorted meats and cheese. On our second stop, we taste gin in the form of a passion-fruit cocktail accompanied by assorted tapas. We continue to enjoy gin with another cocktail whilst indulging in tour specific grazing boards. 

We then delve into two local and leading South Australian gins, paired with either soda or tonic, allowing us to compare the two. Next we taste two award winning Gins, further experimenting with different garnishes as well as soda and tonic. Finally finishing with a classic gin and tonic served with signature garnish, and a few more nibbles.

On this walking tour in Adelaide's CBD, we showcase only South Australian Beers. We are proudly supported by five of the best breweries in SA; Prancing Pony, Vale Brewing, Big Shed Brewing,  Lady Burra and Mismatch.

This tour begins at the west end of the city at Peter Rabbit, where you will meet your two guides, Branden and Nathan. Here we begin our beer journey, we meet in a cheeky garden inspired bar, exploring Prancing Pony. We share a pint of beer over some some grazing boards.

Onto our second venue, West Oak Hotel. We have paired with Mismatch Brewing, here we will indulge in gastro-pub style share plates in a sensational beer garden

Our third venue is none other than Lady Burra. On arrival we will be greeted by a brewer who will take us on a guided tour through the Lady Burra Microbrewery. This is your chance to discuss the beer making process with a master brewer and get an understanding of what it takes to brew the perfect beer. After this experience we will all sit down and be treated to a Lady Burra beer tasting flight, paired with shared hot chip paddles. 

Next up, we enter an underground man cave, Wing It Sports bar. Vale Brewing is up and is perfectly paired with as much fried chicken you can eat.

We will then move onto our fifth and final destination. Balcony views of Rundle Street paired with a Big Shed Brewing pint and if you can still manage some food, it'll be there. Heaven.

This experience begins in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.  After meeting your tour guides, Branden & Nathan, and enjoying a barista brewed coffee we are chauffeured in luxury to Monarto Zoo, the largest open range zoo in the world and home to more than 500 animals and 50 exotic and native mammals, birds & reptiles.

Our first stop is Monarto Zoo where we will take your sense of adventure to the next level with Australia's only 360 degree lion encounter. This is a jaw-dropping but safe experience that is not for the faint of heart. We will boldly walk through a tunnel and enter a cage protected from the lions who are free roaming in their enclosure. There is an additional option to hand-feed these majestic animals yourselves. Following the Lions 360 experience, we will be transported through Monarto's open range zoo, providing you with an exciting opportunity to view many other animals such as, rhino, giraffe and zebra.

Next stop is a unique dining experience at The Lane Vineyard, this winery, restaurant and cellar door sits elevated in the heart of the vineyard overlooking the picturesque Adelaide Hills. We are greeted with an Estate Tasting, a selection of wines grown and produced on the Lane Estate. We start with the Block Series and moving through to the more complex occasion wines and finishing with their signature Heritage Collection. This will be followed by a delicious two course lunch with a side, paired with their award winning wines. After lunch, you will be spoilt with a tour of their cellar, escorted by one of their winemakers who is equipped with a 'thief' - we will have the privilege to sample wines directly from the barrels as an exclusive one-off experience.

Another short trip brings us to Ambleside Distillery, distillers of awarding winning South Australian gin. We wander through their homegrown botanical garden to discover their boutique distillery. Here, we will be treated to the full experience that Ambleside have to offer with a tour of the Distillery room. One of their distillers will guide us through their unique distillery, sharing their passion for creating award winning South Australian gin. Meet "Doug", the Australian made copper still and hear about Ambleside's distillation process, followed by a sensational gin tasting flight with some accompanying charcuterie and cheese boards for an amazing finish.

When our time at Ambleside concludes, we return back to the meeting point in the Adelaide CBD, for a 5:30pm finish.

This Tour begins at the west end of the city at Peter Rabbit, where you will meet your two guides, Branden and Nathan. At this garden inspired bar/cafe we begin with comparing two Sparkling rose' as we feast on a locally sourced grazing board in the courtyard.

Our second venue has been designed to compare a French sparkling from the Burgundy region of France with New Zealand's leading Sparkling . In true European style, shared tapas will compliment the two wines as we take in the small bar vibes of Leigh Street.

Next up is the mother load, we have not held back here. Aptly named Mother Vine is where we pop open two Champagne houses and pit them against one another, Pol Roger and Piere Gimonnet. If you have always wanted to drink like the royals, here is your chance!

As the bubbles have well and truly been flowing at this stage of the afternoon, we finish the tour at one of our favorite CBD Bars, on the balcony in the sun we dive into some of the best Sparking South Australia has to offer, made right here in our own backyard and absolutely stands up to the worlds best we finish the decadent afternoon picking at some local cheese with a fantastic view of Rundle Street.

The Adelaide Bar Boys Barossa Valley Experience will begin in the vibrant heart of Adelaide's CBD where you will meet Branden and Nathan. With a specialty brewed coffee in hand, we will be chauffeured in luxury to Izway Wines. Nestled in the undulating hills of Barossa Valley’s western ridge, Izway wines is your opportunity to sample small-batch boutique wines surrounded by iconic scenery that is nothing short of breathtaking.

The second winery is a rustic family-owned operation with over twenty-two wines on their tasting list. As we sit back and take in the phenomenal views of the Barossa Valley, there is a wine here for anyone, even for the wine aficionado we assure you there is something here you are yet to taste.

Next, we embark to our lunch destination, Fino at Seppeltsfield. Throughout the Seppeltsfield grounds we can find their jam factory and knife-maker aswell as skin care and craft soaps as we are immersed in rich Barossa Valley history. After a brief exploration we all sit down for a six-course meal. The menu is a guided culinary journey which reflects the generous, sharing-style philosophy that is symbolic of the owners' rich Italian heritage and of their deep commitment to the Barossa Valley.

After lunch, we visit Kaesler Wines – a winery known in South Australia for its historic 1893 Old Bastard Vineyard. You will take a guided walking tour through this historic site and then enjoy a tasting in the Kaesler underground cellar.

The final location of the day is the hidden gem of the Barossa Valley; a bespoke family-run vineyard. Here you can take a stroll around the magical gardens which surround the cellar door as you sample their sensational wines, expertly paired with a seasonal variety of local cheeses. This is the perfect destination to conclude a day of luxury.

This walking wine tour of South Australia's best wine regions begins at the West End of the city at Peter Rabbit, here we begin our wine journey, showcasing the McLaren Vale. We taste wines from Wirra Wirra over some mouthwatering tapas.

Our second venue is the West Oak Hotel. We dive into wines from Jim Barry from the Clare Valley over some canapes to match. 

Next, we head to Noble Gentlemen for a taste of the Adelaide Hills. We experience Deviation Road's best wines and share a grazing board.

Finally, we embark towards the east end of the city to our fourth venue, Brklynbar, exploring the Barossa Valley. We taste wines from Chaffey Bros expertly paired with a seasonal variety of local cheeses.
